What should we bring with us?
Not all properties provide linen. If linen is not supplied you will need to bring sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, bath mats and beach towels. We also hire linen if you forget something. Pillows and blankets are provided. However, if visiting during winter, it can get cold at night and might be an idea to bring your heater or an extra blanket.

Where do I collect the keys?
Keys are collected and returned to the Ray White Yamba Office. We are located at the first round-a-bout on the main road into town. Approximately 2 km past Bi-Lo/Target.

What if I’m arriving out of office hours?
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5pm and Sat 9am – 12pm. If you are arriving outside of these hours you can collect your keys from a secure key safe located at the front of our building. You will need a code to open the safe so please let us know what time you’re arriving.

When can I check-in?
Check-in is 2pm. Check-out is 10am. Please adhere to these times to allow our cleaners to schedule their work.

What if something breaks during my stay?
Accidents happen and we appreciate if you let us know if property is damaged during your stay. Usually we will receive a quote to replace/repair the damaged property and this will be paid from the security deposit. If something is damaged on your arrival please let us know immediately and we will endeavour to have it fixed as soon as possible.
